Vegan Seafood Boil

Loved the ingenuity of this dish. They make their own vegan shrimp that have a texture so real that I double check it was vegan. Pictured hear is the left overs that I poured over rice. There was also plant-based sausage in it not pictured. It was very well seasoned and very spicy.
