Vegan sausage roll

This was very good, a good ratio of filling to pastry. Nice peppery taste.

Gregg’s have nothing on this sausage roll. Tasted like the real thing! The flavour was awesome, sausage-y and herby. The filling texture was spot on and the pastry was nice and flaky. I got one just as they came out of the oven!! 🤤 definitely recommend as a pre or post climb snack 😋
