Vegan Salt & Pepper Chicken

I had this at the Big Vegan Market in Melbourne. The 'chicken' had a great crunch to it, and th fried rice complimented it well. Will definitely visit their restaurant in Footscray

Very yummy dish! Goes great with the chilli sauce found on the table I found. Super crispy and very close in texture to dry chicken meat.
