Vegan Salisbury Steak with Vegan Mac n Cheese and Collards

This was so tasty. The vegan steak was packed with flavor and was covered in tasty veggies. The vegan mac looks kind odd as it is white and blobby but tastes cheesy, creamy, and comforting. The collards were good as usual. Very good food.
