YUM this is my favourite bagel at bbagel hehehe the aubergine inside is so juicy and the filling to bagel ratio is just right. the bagels are so chewy and has this distinct flour taste (idk how to describe it BUT ITS GOOD!!!) and slightly salty! though I got the onion bagel this time and it wasn’t the best because the onions were a little burnt and bitter

Found this cute bagel nook at Chelsea/Fulham area and boy was this a satisfying breakfast! The toasted plain bagel with hummus and grilled aubergine was just so so so good 🥯🍆🙈 Ask to toast the bagel to get the crispiness outside and warm soft chewiness inside! Came with a light crunchy salad 🥗🤍 Will definitely be back here!
