Vegan Rendang (Young Jackfruit)

Back after an ultralong hiatus hahah. Went back to Root Vegan for my birthday the second year in a row and found this new dish. It was spicier than I expected but the jackfruit is well made and it does have some semblance of meat. Overall quite an enjoyable dish with the pita bread.
