This doesn’t look like much from the photo, but it was delightfully delicious! Coconutty, gingery,

and really comforting on a cold night.

Great noodle to veggie ratio (I prefer more veggies), and generous on the tofu. This was a large portion and can easily be two meals! I’ll definitely be gettin this again.

Side note, this is a fully plant based restaurant! 🌱

One of the best soups I’ve had! The broth is coconut milk, ginger, lemongrass. The

soup itself had rice noodles, carrots, broccoli, bok choy, snow peas, bell pepper, cabbage, tofu.

The soup was super filling and delicious! The pic doesn’t show how big of a bowl it is. And it was only $15, a good price for how much food it is. If I’m in Roseville again, I’ll definitely be getting this.
