This is not an all vegan truck, but they have great #vegan options! They're new on the scene here in Columbus and made their debut at the It's All Natural Summer Popup over the weekend.
This taco had #plantbased meat mimicing marinated pork, using #beyondmeat. The sauce is also a combination of #pineapple marinade, and it's delicious. The #taco is then topped off with onion, fresh cilantro, and lime! One taco was $4.50, so it was a decent value, in my opinion. It's really cool to have closer to authentic vegan Mexican food in Columbus! We are super excited to try more offerings!
