Initially a bit bummed there was no vegan option for Singapore Airlines' Book The Cook gourmet service - I was really keen on the Cauliflower Steak... except no customisation is possible and it comes with cheese 🤦🏻♀️. That said the vegan meal I opted for was quite decent. The pesto gnocchi was a tad heavy-handed with the salt and the pumpkin overcooked to overmushedness, but the arugula was super. #inflightmeal #sgvegan
