Vegan Mazesoba

This is a perfect example of a non-vegan restaurant nailing the vegan option instead of simply having a token vegan option on the menu! I’ve had this multiple times over the years and it remains a dish I love. The noodles are really chewy and springy, and their toppings are varied and plentiful (vegan egg, soy mince, edamame, sweet tofu skin, cucumber and tomato strips and more). #veganmazesoba #vegannoodles #slurpalicious #veganramen

I love this dish! I like having it when I want to treat myself. It's a very delicious mix of ingredients and condiments. It has vegan mince, sweet beancurd skin, vegetables, edamame and vegan mayo. Comes with a mushroom soup that's a bit salty so I dilute it with water. When you finish the noodles ask for a scoop of rice to mix the remaining toppings with. A delicious experience.

Very flavourful! The soba is very chewy and delicious. Substantial variety of veggies. I really enjoyed every bite of it. And came back again for it for 2 more times!

There are changes to their ingredients~ the brownish longish strips are sweetened beancurd. The same ones used in inari sushi~ and there’s edamame~ 🤍 since a while back they’ve changed their soba which I didn’t like as much. But with the new ingredients I’d happily be back to enjoy this bowl of vegan goodness again~ 🌱🤤

This was the only vegan option, which is a bit of a pity as I was looking forward to vegan ramen. It was still a pretty good dish though, it was more like curry noodles. It is a dry ramen dish.
