Vegan Mango Chia Pudding Cake

This multi layered cake is very unique as i have never seen a nut powder base or chia pudding and mango filling ever. A very enjoyable experience eating it.

This cake was creamy made with fresh Mango and Almond Milk.the chia seeds added flavour n the jelly like coat.the base had nuts . In love with it. If you are a mango lover i bet you will relish it. The mango cream tasted like Aam papad(Aam papad is an Indian fruit leather) Nostalgic. #rotd
