Vegan lox On Sesame Bagel

Probably one of the top vegan lox I’ve had! The bagel was fresh and chewy, and the cashew creamy cheese really smooth. The lox was a good portion and nicely flavoured. I just wish they wouldn’t put so many raw onions on this — I picked them out (who eats this many raw onions in one sitting?!) Still excellent though!
