Lemon blueberry coconut loaf! All vegan and all delicious!
So, so good! The cake was moist, not too tart considering it had real lemon bits & blueberries baked in! The frosting was homemade & had an extra cute detail with a blueberry design! Overall, a great alternative to a cupcake! ❤️
