Vegan Lasagna

this vegan lasagna comes with a delicious bechamel sauce made from brazil nuts and cashew cheese on top! the tomato sauce is a little to sweet for my taste but all in all it was a fantastic meal! #greyton

This was insane- one of my favorite meals in Peru so far. The veggies and sauce with the vegan brazil nut cheese was so so good and simple. My favorite of all the dishes I got at this restaurant, definitely get this!
