Vegan Junk Food strikes again!! This is a vegan take on Hawaii‘s Native Dish, Loco

Moco, which I had originally on a trip to Hawaii. This vegan version stands up next to my old non vegan taste buds. I love the added sesame seeds, the gravy is delicious, and the “beef” patties are yummy. The macaroni salad was severely under seasoned but I added some Himalayan salt and rectified that pretty quickly. If this restaurant keeps cooking like this, they will have a lifetime customer. #veganisnotscary #veganlifestyle #veganlove

This was bland, but a lot of food. The gravy was very bland.
The Mac

salad was particularly not good. It had little flavor and was undercooked.
I also tried one of their corn dogs. Those were good.
