Vegan Italian Crepe

This lasagna-type crepe was so delicious and the texture great! Would definitely have it again with the kale (or spinach?) sticks on the side!!

the crepe was not very crepe-like; it tasted more like flatbread and was quite thick! but it went rly well with the sauce kinda tasted like a pizza HAHA

This dish was generous on the tomato sauce! Loved the Italian style pizza sauce. Inside it was filled with soy sausages, champignon, soy cheesy sauce and cashew nut parmesan. Reminded me a bit of the overdone pizza sauce packets you get in Lunchables, but I liked that.
