this was a special (and i wish it wasn’t!!) and it was amaaazing!
the portion
size is fairly hefty. i don’t feel like i’m being skimped on or missing out at all! i love the shape of the noodles and the flavor of the mac packs a punch. this mac definitely beats many dairy mac and cheeses, and tastes better than most mac and cheeses i’ve had in general. they definitely didn’t skimp on the sauce or cheese!
the cauliflower nuggets were perfectly crispy and had a satisfying crunch when i bit down on them. they were well-cooked on the inside too.
my only small complaint is that i wish there was just a liiiittle bit more sauce or something, because i felt like i was missing out a bit. despite that, i would 100% recommend this dish, or any mac box they have for that matter.
