12/90 A new cafe opened where I live and I noticed them before they even opened because they had a chalkboard outside that said, ‘Very vegan friendly cafe coming soon!’. I was so excited to go when they finally opened and I was not disappointed. Given that it was their 1st week, they only had one option for each mealtime - one vegan, one non-vegan - so I had the vegan hash for brunch. I love when you can taste the freshness of the ingredients and when the waitress said, ‘On a bed of hummus’, I was sold.
