Vegan grilled cheese with seitan, caramelized onions, & tomato soup

All Souls Lounge has some great vegan options on their menu. This grilled cheese & tomato soup was a perfect pairing! I would definitely recommend All Souls to anyone plant-based and looking for some comforting food & a good drink in the Salem area.
