Vegan fish

Never thought I’d have Vegan fish and chips. This place has a very good vegan menu so we will be back to try more. The chips were great, the batter was spot on. I think the fish element was jack fruit - not for me. Too perfumed and I wasn’t keen on the texture. Hubby ate all his but wouldn’t have it again. Good try tho. Ive heard the pea fritter is amazing.**update** it was actually banana blossom. These guys have gone to great vegan lengths. Def try it out if you’re in the area.

This is banana blossom "fish" which doesn't absorb the flavour as well as tofish. Enjoyable meal but northerners please note: mushy peas are minty. No scraps. Curry sauce is not the same! #animalsnow
