The cactus pretty much had a similar consistency as an unripe avocado. Was really really yummy tho 😋
Definitely worth a try, if you never had cactus, or already love it ✌️

One of the first dishes I tried at #vegancampout and it was fantastic. I’ve never

eaten cactus before and wanted to try something new. It looked like a piece of aloe vera i side the batter, but tasted awesome. Quite difficult and sloppy when testing to pick up and eat, but it all tasted so good I didn’t mind getting a little messy.
Salad in the tacos was super fresh, crisp and crunchy, hate a limp salad.
I wish they were closer to London so we could try more of the menu.
