Vegan Filet of Phish

This place has options for vegans! A fair number of them ! This is so delicious. It’s very similar to a deep fried cod except it’s tofu! It’s got a vegan tarter sauce on it. Yum, guys : )

My mom ordered this- she needed something GF because she’s celiac. I was impressed to hear that they have a dedicated GF fryer as well as a dedicated vegan fryer. Why can’t all restaurants do this?
