Vegan Eggs Benedict

Oh. My. Gosh. SOOOOO GOOOODDD! I had this dish at Evviva in downtown Toronto a few years ago and it rocked! Then like 3 months ago I got this dish again at that same place in Toronto, and it was really not good. I thought I'd try it again at this Vaughan location and thank gosh I did. Every thing on my plate was perfection. Best breakfast ever!!!!

All of the Evviva Vegan Breakfast dishes are delish! Top 3 for me have to be the eggs Benny, French Toast (both included in this picture), and the Reuben Sandwich! Def a must try Sunday funday brunch place.

The most delicious breakfast I’ve had in years! Eggs Benny was my upmost fav! This meal was so delicious. The eggs were unbelievably realistic and so delicious!! Will definitely return! Such a beautiful atmosphere as well.
