Nyojo's is a pizza restaurant located in a regional town where vegan options are not easy to find. Usually, I have to ask for things to be taken out of my meals to make them vegan. But after ordering from Nyojo's for the past two years since becoming local, slowly there was discussion around adding vegan cheese to the menu. I want to really commend the decision to stick by that and add vegan cheese and an actual whole vegan range of pizza to the menu. The vegan deluxe is basically my dream pizza from them. Adorned with a variety of mixed veggies and sprinkled with a vegan cheese that actually stretches! Really enjoyable! I hope I see more regional businesses give it a go too!
