This is low carb, diabetic friendly, keto, gluten free, made with healthy sugar locar. If you like to eat “healthier” foodie, this cake actually taste pretty healthy to us yeah (i.e. Mild sweetness).

Strong chocolate flavour and raspberry not too sweet but not so hot on the texture and the random tiny raspberry seeds. But happy to have finally tried this, got this at SVF.

The raspberry cream was so light, I could not figure out what is was made of. The sourness was a good kick with the cocoa

Gifted by friends. Overall quite a delicious cake, although a bit on the sweet side. They supposedly are a low sugar bakery though, probably mostly fruit sugar?
