The dressing makes this dish! My 3 year old was licking it up! Haha The sautéed onions add a great flavor and the rest of the ingredients are fresh and taste delicious together. The ingredients were tomatoes, avocado, edamame, corn, spinach, sautéed onions and plantain chips. This will be a go to dish at this restaurant for me and my family!
