Vegan chocolate ganache donut

Vegan donut with a chocolate ganache core. Vanilla icing on top with crumbles on one side. Possibly the best donut I’ve ever had! The ganache was sweet and just the right texture and the sweetness was offset by the less sweet donut dough. Amazing. Big sized donut too!
