Vegan Chickn Quesadilla, Sauteed Squash, and Red Wine Kale Salad

This quesadilla was sooo good. It was crispy, cheesy, and packed with beans, rice, and vegan chickn. I loved how they gave me vegan sour cream and salsa for dipping. The sauteed squash is well seasoned and delicious and their red wine kale salad is my favorite side. Very tasty food!
