Vegan Chicken Mayo Toast

I had the red pesto vegan chicken mayo toastie and it was lovely, despite the picture which looks dry (it wasn’t)! Such a nice twist on chicken mayo. However, I ordered from knead Palmyra junction (Claremont) and their service was atrocious. Waited an hour and a half for delivery.

I love that Knead uses On The Greenside Chicken, the toasted mayo was really good!

Jackfruit used as vegan chicken with lots of flavor served on your choice of toast and potato wedges for R55.00 My picture is half of the toastie that I couldn’t finish in one sitting. And that’s a whole meal on its own!
