Vegan carrot cake

This was super moist and was more of a gingerbread cake than a carrot cake but was still delicious. The sticky walnuts on top were amazing. Quite pricy at R45

Have enjoyed this on a previous occasion and it is to die for when coupled with your warm drink of choice. Spoil yourself.

Very tasty carrot cake that was good value for money.

Different from your usual carrot cake - spicy with a sweetish topping. Not everyone’s ‘cuppa tea’ but I enjoyed it and would like to have it again.
