Vegan Carrot Cake

I thought I had exhausted the entire Sprout menu, but clearly I thought wrong 🙂 I had about 45 minutes to kill in BV and I didn't want to go to Starbucks or Coffee Bean, so this made perfect sense. I was thrilled to realise that in fact the #carrotcake, hiding in plain sight, was missing a review from me 😁 It's not the cheapest carrot cake you'll find in town, but it might be one of the best vegan ones. The carrot is perceived through both taste and touch, the nuts are a beautiful touch, and the layers of cream are just generous enough that the #sweettooth is placated 😋 And I love the shape of their plates!

This was an excellent tea cake. It was moist with good amount of walnut bits in the cake and on the icing. You would not realize that it is Vegan. Highly recommend it
