Vegan caprese

The picture does not make justice to how good this dish was!😍😋 The vegan mozzarella (second pic) was creamier than the usual one, less "gelly" as in the Mozzarisella. The salad also had zucchini, tomatoes, artichokes and olives😋 Good! #veganisnotscary
