Vegan Burrito (add avocado)

The mushrooms in this were good (I usually don't even like mushrooms). They were salty and had a good texture. The plain rice was a little boring and all the sauce was at the bottom of the burrito. Maybe stirring it before eating would have mixed the flavors together a little better. Glad they have a vegan breakfast item.
