Vegan burger of the house, black bread bun, homemade beetroot and quinoa patty, lettuce, red onions, vegan sauce and vegan cheddar cheese. Served with fries.

Burger vegano di barbabietola con cheddar vegan, pomodoro e insalata (cipolla cruda omessa!) accompagnato da patatine fritte. Buona proposta, soddisfa le aspettative!

I kid you not, I wasn’t even looking for a complete meal that day but I decided to go somewhere warm for lunch having just been showered by waterfall mist (not complaining) and this bistro had a vegan burger on the menu. I was Floored. Grateful. Thankful. Satiated. Happy.
