Vegan Briosche Marmellata

Ottimo cornetto veg all'albicocca. Non so se sia artigianale o meno, ma di sicuro dà quell'impressione. Molto buono anche il caffè 🥐☕🌿

As an Italian, I have eaten quite a lot of briosches (that’s how we call the crossaints here), but this is the best one I have ever had. The dough is soft and tasty and the apricot jam inside is to die for. Go eat it already!! (Here in the picture you can also see the soy cappuccino, yum!)
