Vegan breakie

I love big breakfasts like these, so I’m a fan of this dish! You get a good variety of different things.

Vegan big breakfast with coconut sweet potato, tofu scramble, beetroot pickle, kale, sauteed mushrooms, beetroot hummus and guac. Very huge portion but somehow the flavors were lacking and I didn't quite enjoy it as much as I thought I would. Also I hate kale so there's that 😂
