Vegan Bowl

A vegan bowl it's a good option if you are at the Avenida Farmerms market in Calgary South East. It contains an arepa (corn cake), rice, beans, salad and plantains. I requested it oil-free so the plantains and arepa were heated but not fried. Loved it!
