I noticed too late that I hadn’t manage to get a better angle for the photo. Apologies, #vegan patrons 😅 They also have an omnivorous #bolognese #quesadilla option. Hence, the kind labelling 🤓 This is an untraditional variation that uses #roticanai instead 🤩 and it works! It’s toasted to a warm and heavenly flaky state that gives a clean crisp bite. It also adds a nice bit of sweetness from the dough. They’re pretty messy to eat but not as bad as it may seem. The #tomatosauce of this #veganbolognese is mixed with minced #tempeh 😋 I also thoroughly appreciated the decent distribution of salt. Most of all though… it’s served with their very own in-house condiment, known as the pesto-kefir tzatziki 🤪 The savouriness with the lemony acidity swimming in this earthy pesto was just the only thing that could’ve made this #veganquesadilla better 😝 A hefty ask RM13.90 is… but I can never finish! 😂 so it’s like 2-meals to me 😏 This is a glowing review for someone like me who is typically repelled by #tomatoes 🤗
