Vegan Biscoff Cake

I am a sucker for anything to do with Biscoff, so cake is a big tick for me! This was everything I hoped it would be, super sweet, sickly and moreish. I was given a very generous portion so not something I could manage in one sitting. I'll be back for more soon 😋
