Vegan Birthday Cake

My Mom’s birthday cake! She is obsessed with gardening: which was all I had to say to Tessa and her team. That, and to make it vegan, of course! How EPIC? And it tasted spectacular! (Which is even more important in my books!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND
