Vegan beef style steak (Sunday roast)

🇬🇧🤩Stellar #sundayroast here that I’m gutted I agreed to share. My partner and I got the #veganbeef version with a sage and #garlic 🧄🧈butter. The #vegetables 🌱were the crowning glory though along with the Plantside #yorkshirepuddings 😋There’s almost too many to mention. The swede otherwise known as rutabaga and basil 🌿purée was so nostalgic as my grandma used to make rutabaga for us. The creamy mustard leeks were a highlight for the fussy French. The collard garlic #greens 🥬under the beef were yummy and so healthy. The garlic and rosemary roast #potato 🥔were divine in the savory #gravy as well but delayed our meal as they were taking a long time to cook. At least you know stuff is made fresh then. The carrots🥕 were glazed with maple🍁 syrup oh my! I wanted to eat it again as soon as we finished. The servers were lovely and patient with us. I really love it, it’s the best roast I even try , you must try it, totally recommend. The staffs are very friendly.
