This must be star dish of Vegan Beat Athens. It was delicious, made with oyster
mushrooms that had the same texture as shredded meat. Even the pita bread was incredible. Every person we saw sitting outside had one space gyros.

moist, with a cloud fluffy pie, loaded with veggies and sauce, the mushrooms are definitely “SPACE”, cause they are out of this planet!!! 🤯
