Love, love, love this!!
You can make any sandwich into a salad, and request the bahn mi vegan, so I did both! It was such a satisfying salad - very large and rich with a variety of textures. The tofu was tasty and the veg all very fresh. I didn’t use the vegan aioli as I didn’t think it needed it.
