Vegan Asian Bbq Mushroom Flatbread

Picture doesn’t really do it justice. Lovely combination of bbq flavoured mushrooms , rocket and cucumber. Worked well.

This is probably one of the best vegan dishes I have had! Filled with toppings! Caramelized mushrooms, looots of rocket, balsamic vinegar reduction and some delicious avo soooooo yummy! I love it! I’m craving it as I type 🤔🤫😜😻🌟😻 #vegan
