I was able to try the vegan asada and vegan pastor tacos. Both were excellent and the closest to truly authentic vegan Mexican food I have had. The pastor is a bit sweeter and served with marinated pineapple. The asada was my personal favorite, I think the "meat" was marinated TVP and there was a delicious grilled flavor. Both topped with onion and Cilantro. I was excited they had vegan Spanish rice too! Most Mexican restaurants use chicken stock. This was a meal consisting of 3 tacos, rice and beans for $14. You may also choose Ala cart tacos and they have burritos, nachos and a vegan torta! It's clear on the other side of town for me but well worth the drive.
This dish was phenomenal!! I hope they can open a brick and mortar store in the future
