Vegan All American Pancakes

This cafe has the best pancake selection and many are vegan!! eat your heart out!

Oh lord! This is a good dish. Fluffy pancakes with blueberry compote, bacon I'm pretty sure is the 'This is' brand (great choice), scrambled tofu, whipped cinnamon topped cream and proper maple syrup! I think about this food pretty much every day 😜
