Vegan Agnolotti

I really enjoyed the agnolotti filled with tofu, cashew based ricotta but I do have to say that the vegan butter sauce was watered down... Maybe because of the vegetables or maybe because it was take out? Either way, I really liked it and I would like to try it again in restaurant to see if there would be a difference! 🌱😌
