Veg Spring Rolls

I love spring rolls, so I decided to try them at this fine dining restaurant. They were decent, with lots of cabbage filling. However, I think they could have used carrots and button mushrooms instead of shiitake mushrooms, which is a bit expensive. To be honest, I didn’t see any carrots in the rolls at all but the rolls were crispy. #VegansOfChennai #ECR
