The filling tasted pretty similar to the ones from the Veg BBQ Meat Buns. However, The texture has a different
feel to it, the base is crispy with the addition of the sesame seeds and pan-fried base. Definitely would be a good choice if you like the play with texture. That being said, I prefer the tradition soft and fluffy buns.
