The flavor profile is so well-balanced and rich! My only complaint that it's not very
filling compared to similarly priced mains.
Love the potatoes! Baked perfectly that it’s tender but not too soft. The nuts and
almonds in the sauce is a nice touch but wish the sauce can have a bit more flavour.
Great table sharing piece. Pre cut could help us all trying to cut it with
our small table knives. Sauce and puy lentils and a few potatoes are tasty $200
